We require at least 7-10 days notice please for catering events and food truck since all of our meats, sides and deserts are homemade and smoked for up to 12 hours.

Went down to the food trailer this last weekend and had such a great experience! There were quite a few people there, and once we ordered the wait was not long at all. The best part is the food was amazing. I got the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. It was delicious and really didn't even need BBQ sauce. Thanks Brett and team! ~Ali 2022
