PORK
-PULLED PORK/PORK BUTTS/BONE-IN: Smoked 12 hours or longer over various woods*, these Butts are appx 5-7 pounds pre cooked weight, only $49.00 each! You just need fresh bread or a bun. This butt will feed 6-8 easy with all sides.
-PORK RIBS/FULL RACK: Smoked for 3-4 hours over various woods*, These are meaty St. Louis style pork spare ribs. A full rack appx three pound pre cook weight are only $24.00 each. After I smoke these ribs, they will come out with a 'Chewy' texture, but tender. Like BBQ competetions. I will then finish off with a light coat of one of our BBQ sauces. If you have a request, best ask up front or it will come with Original!
-PORK RIBS/COUNTRY STYLE: Smoked the same as ribs above. Most of the time they will be bone-in! You get 12 for $16.00.
-PORK PHATTIE: I take raw jalapeno's and smoke then for a couple of hours. I them remove most of the seeds and membrane. I then stuff with various cheese(s). I then place them inside of a pork sausage roll, coat w/seasoning, then smoke for 2-3 hours! Great sliced and served as appetizer. These are time consuming-but worth it! $15.00 each.
(Special requests may be available, i.e. less jalapeno).
-PORK HAM HOCKS: I can taste them now. I smoke for several hours where they absorb that wonderful smokie flavor. When you get home with them, add in ANY beans or soups for that wonderful BBQ flavor. Add in Green Beans for a great side or my favorite in red beans for that perfect Red Beans and Rice recipe! If needed, they are great to freeze for later use.

-SMOKED BACON: Thick cut and smoked for 1-1/2 hours, this Bacon will be great next to those eggs and toast or at my house GRITS! $10.00 per pound. Freezes great! Just thaw out and cook like any other bacon!
BEEF
-BEEF BRISKET/WHOLE: I smoke the brisket for several hours after seasoning w/our 15 spice rub and HEAVY black pepper! I like my brisket where you can slice it for sandwiches, not shred like my pork! Contact me for price please.
BEEF BRISKET/Burnt Ends: When available! Make EXCELLENT sandwiches!
CHICKEN
-CHICKEN/WHOLE: I smoked these birds about 3 hours after a seasoning them! They are juicy off of the grill! $9.95 each! Be nice to me and I may be able to smoke up JUST your favorite pieces of this yard bird too! These may be cooked with or without smoke!
BBQ SAUCES/ALL HOMEMADE
1) Smokin's Original (Vinegar based North Carolina style) Quarts $11.00 Pints $7.00.
2) Spicy Chipotle (Texas style w/slight kick) Quarts $11.00 Pints $7.00
3) Hot and sweet Habanero/Mango BBQ sauce. Quarts $15.00 Pints $11.00.
