Reheating Instructions
These are reheat instructions for Smokin' Hot Butt's BBQ items listed on products page
PORK BUTT: Place frozen butt in crock pot on low in morning. Add a very small amount of liquid. Remember the butt is already cooked-you are warming it up. When ready to serve later in day, remove bone, then pull butt in the liquid bottom of crock pot.
You may also warm in 200 degree preheated oven. Place on roaster pan with small amount of liquid in bottom. Cover with tight foil tent to retain moisture. Use the liquid to mix in with pulled pork. NOTE: Pork ribs may also be reheated this same way!
Smoked Turkey: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place thawed smoked turkey on roaster pan w/very small amount of liquid in bottom of pan. Wrap Turkey in tight foil tent. Warm until temperature is at 160-165 degrees in the breast meat. Remember it will continue to warm after removal-do not exceed this temperature!
