Hello. My name is Brett Osborne and I have lived in Casper, WY since August of 1976. I started smoking
meats when I converted my dads old charcoal grill back in 2001. When I bought my first 'real' smoker in Feb of 2008, I found myself looking for different items to smoke. 

My beautiful girls assist me with all levels of cooking, Tammy, Ashton and Peyton.

On January 29th 2010-I became a Certified BBQ Judge (CBJ) for the KCBS
