We require at least 7-10 days notice please for catering events and food truck since all of our meats, sides and deserts are homemade and smoked for up to 12 hours.

We are a Wyoming Competition BBQ team established in 2009. The team started with my two daughters and good friend, as the years have gone on the team has grown to a whole family ordeal, grandkids and all! Brett Osborne (me) and my wife, Tammy Osborne, travel around the United States smokin' up award winning BBQ through competitions and catering's.
